What we grade
- Titles and search (30%). Whether titles use eBay's 80 characters, include the card number, and skip filler like L@@K. Check a single title with the title checker.
- Item specifics (25%). Whether the filters buyers use (player, set, card number, team, grade) are filled in and agree with the title.
- Pricing and shipping (20%). Calculated shipping, free shipping on cards too cheap to cover it, envelope-sized cards charged package shipping, and whether cards over $10 accept offers.
- Photos (15%). Whether listings show more than one photo, so buyers see the back.
- Reputation (10%). Your feedback percentage and count.

Questions sellers ask
- Is it free?
- Yes, and you don't need an account. You can grade up to five stores a day.
- What username do I enter?
- Your eBay seller username, shown next to your feedback score on your listings. It can differ from your store's name. You can also paste a link to one of your listings.
- Can I grade someone else's store?
- Yes. The grader only reads public listings, the same ones any buyer can see.
- How often can I re-grade?
- A store's grade is kept for a day. Fix a few listings, then come back tomorrow and grade it again.
