Envelope or package?
eBay Standard Envelope is the cheapest tracked way to send a raw card: $0.78 for up to 1 ounce, $1.07 for 2 ounces and $1.36 for 3 ounces, at the USPS rates that took effect July 12, 2026. A bubble mailer by Ground Advantage usually costs several dollars more.
It only works for some orders:
- Raw (ungraded) trading cards only. Slabs have to ship as a package.
- $20 or less for a single-item order, $50 or less for a combined order.
- Up to 3 ounces and 1/4 inch thick, in an envelope no bigger than 11.5 × 6.125 inches.
- Up to 24 raw cards; fewer once they're in toploaders.
The weight here is an estimate: a card in a penny sleeve, toploader and team bag inside a #10 envelope comes in around an ounce. Weigh the finished envelope before you buy the label.
