HobbyGM vs 3Dsellers
Of the general eBay tools, 3Dsellers is the closest to HobbyGM: both edit eBay listings in bulk and send offers to watchers. The difference is cards: 3Dsellers lets you edit any field yourself, while HobbyGM reads each card's title, fills the card item specifics for you and checks every listing for card-specific mistakes.

Where 3Dsellers is better
- Buyer messages, feedback reminders and a listing designer.
- Orders and inventory in the same place as your listings.
- General bulk editing of any listing field.
Where HobbyGM is better
- Knowing cards: it works out the item specifics from each title instead of you filling a spreadsheet.
- A nightly list of listings to fix: titles that contradict their item specifics, missing specifics, and prices out of line with the same card listed now.
- A break-even floor on every offer, worked out from eBay fees and shipping. 3Dsellers' Offers Manager starts on the $39.90 Growth plan.

What 3Dsellers does
- Bulk edit eBay listings, including item specifics, with AI bulk actions or CSV. (source)
- Offers Manager sends offers to watchers and buyers with the item in their cart, and can accept or counter offers by rule. (source)
- Listing designer, automatic messages, feedback reminders, orders and inventory. (source)
What HobbyGM does
- Checks every listing in your store each night: titles, item specifics, and cards with no watchers three weeks after listing. (how the checks work)
- Fills missing item specifics from the title and adds missing search terms (parallel, print run, grade, team) to titles, in bulk, with review before anything is pushed to eBay.
- Flags listings whose title and item specifics disagree: card number, season, print run, autograph, rookie, grade.
- Compares each card's price with other sellers' current listings of the same card, matched on number, parallel, grade and print run.
- Sends offers to watchers in bulk, or automatically each night by your rules, never below break-even.
- Shows each listing's net margin after eBay fees, shipping and supplies, and flags cards that lose money or would ship cheaper by Standard Envelope. (fee calculator)
- Reads per-listing traffic from eBay, so you can see which cards get seen and not clicked.
- Covers sports cards, Pokémon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Lorcana and non-sport cards.
HobbyGM doesn't scan or identify cards, create new listings, list on other marketplaces, or look up sold prices for your cards. It works on the eBay listings you already have, however you made them.
