Best eBay listing tools for card sellers

Most card sellers use two kinds of tool: one to get cards listed, and one to keep the store in shape afterwards. CardDealerPro, Kronozio and Ludex do the listing. HobbyGM, Terapeak and 3Dsellers help once cards are up.

How we judged

  • Whether it understands cards (year, set, number, parallel, grade) or treats them as general goods.
  • How much of the listing it does for you, and how many cards a month it can handle.
  • What it costs at a card store's volume, from the vendor's own pricing page.
  • Whether it helps after the card is listed: item specifics, prices, offers.

Questions sellers ask

What's the fastest way to list a lot of cards on eBay?
A sheet-fed scanner and a card-identification tool like CardDealerPro or Kronozio. On a run of one set, the owner of HobbyGM lists 300 to 400 cards an hour that way.
Do I need paid software to sell cards on eBay?
No. eBay's own listing tools and Seller Hub are free. Paid tools save time once you list more cards than you can type up by hand.
